They just give it<br />different names</span>.<br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"> Confusion and fear get in the way<br />of understanding each other . How<br />do you get past fear? People act so<br />badly when they do not understand.<br />How do you stop fear? What do you<br />do about someone else’s fear when it<br />is coming towards you. How do you<br />direct it away? If they only see disability<br />( and differences) how do you<br /><div style="text-align: left;">get them to see anything else? I think that education and living so<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">people see that the difference between<br />us is really no difference at all.<br />This is the beginning of Peace.<br />I began my Peace Wall after reading<br />Thich Nhat Hahn’s Creating True<br />Peace. He spoke of the U.N. Manifesto<br />declaring 2001-2010 as the International<br />Decade for the Culture of<br />Peace and Non-violence for the Children<br />of the World. After reading the<br />six points of the Manifesto, I began to<br />create a “Peace Wall” with the goals<br />of the Manifesto.
